PRICES


Prices are listed on all products. We reserve the right to change the price of a product. The price listed on our webpage when you placed the order is the price you will pay.

PAYMENT 


Payment can be made by credit card. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read by anyone other than your bank. No extra charge applies for card payments. 
 

SHIPPING
Your item will be shipped to you via registered express post (within Australia) and registered international post (outside Australia). Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

We will try our best to ship your products within 7 - 10 days from date of purchase.

 

UNCLAIMED ITEMS 


Unclaimed packages will automatically be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge freight and processing fee for a total of $25 for every unclaimed item.

WRONG DELIVERY


If you have the wrong item delivered, please email us. We always correct any wrong delivery, and we will pay for the freight cost. 

 

CLAIMS


If your item has a manufacturing fault we will replace it (if the ordered item is still in stock) or provide you with a full refund. If the item is damaged when delivered contact us immediately.
